Most orders are shipped via FedEx Ground, or UPS ground with Tracking Confirmation, unless requested otherwise. Small gift items such as toys, plastic planes, and alarm clocks are sent via US Postal Service. Orders must be shipped to a street address; FedEx will not deliver to a post office box. Orders can be shipped to any state within the continental U.S. Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will have an additional charge. Your order can be shipped to an address other than the address you used when you created an account.

International Shipping will have extra shipping charges. Please allow extra shipping time to international destinations.
Merchandise Damaged During Shipping
Please inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives. If the merchandise has been damaged during shipment, you must contact us immediately (within 24 hours), as the shipper has a limited time to make a claim with the Delivery Company. Upon receipt of damaged merchandise:
Contact EverythingAviation at (817-637-2552) or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours. Please include your purchase order number and your contact information so that we may provide a quick response. You will be issued a call tag for the damaged merchandise.
Repack the merchandise in the original packaging. Failure to return the merchandise in the original packaging will void your claim.
You will be instructed on the shipping method to return the merchandise and the location to ship the merchandise to. Do not return the damaged merchandise back to us unless we have instructed you because this action may void the insurance.
Replacement merchandise will be shipped to you upon confirmation that an EverythingAvitaion.net representative received the returned damaged merchandise.
The customer will not be charged additional freight for the replacement merchandise.
Delivery of Your Order
Normally all orders are shipped within five (5) business days. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for receipt of your goods.
Customers agree that Delivery Confirmation, as provided by FedEx (or other authorized carrier) shall serve as bonafide proof of delivery of packages to the customers shipping address. Customer agrees that they are solely responsible for the security of their mail receiving area and shall hold harmless, V&A Hobbies for any missing parcels or losses once a package is confirmed by FedEx (or other authorized carrier), as having been delivered to the customers shipping address. No refunds will be honored under these circumstances.
All claims for lost orders must be reported within ten (10) business days of shipping, or we claim no liability. Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise to V&A Hobbies for full credit, refund or exchange, subject to the following criteria:
That you contact V&A Hobbies at e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or Phone (817-690-9526) within seven (7) days of receipt of the merchandise, and allow us the opportunity to resolve the problem. If we can't resolve the problem, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You must return the item within seven (7) days from the date the authorization (RMA) is issued. The item must be returned prepaid, regular UPS or an equal carrier.
That you return the merchandise must in ' original, as sold ' condition, in the original packaging. Refunds will not be made if there are any missing parts or alterations to the merchandise and/or packaging.
All return shipping will be at the cost of the customer.
